Rebecca
MacLean - First Violin
Becca's love of music started from an early age when she took
up the violin age 9. Four years later she started learning bassoon
and she now wants to continue studying music at conservatoire
and hopes to have a career in performance. Becca plays in many
county youth music ensembles and is hoping to get
a place in the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain this
summer. |

Krystal
Woodbridge - Second Violin
Krystal started playing the violin from the age of 7 with the
encouragement of her grandfather, and undertook classical training.
She has played all
over the UK, including playing regularly in string quartets
and chamber music ensembles when she lived in Manchester. She
also became immersed in
folk music when she lived in Ireland, and quickly grew to love
the infinite number celtic airs, jigs and reels that were played.
Krystal plays with
various orchestras and folk bands in Hertfordshire. She is a
founder member of Hertfordshire band Celtic Krystal, and also
plays with the Able Buskers.Not forgetting her classical roots,
she is also a regular of the Letchworth Sinfonia. |

Adrian
Boddy - Viola
Adrian plays viola with this lovely quartet. His interest in
music took off in his teenage years inspired by the Kaznowski
family. He studied Mathematics with Music at Royal Holloway
College BA (Hons). He also performs with the Letchworth Sinfonia
and two folk bands, Celtic Krystal and Cloudburst. His hobbies
include running, writing, busking, singing and teaching mathematics. |

Elinor
Morgan - Cello
Elinor
comes from a very musical family and music has always been
a very important part of her life. The daughter of two music
teachers, she
initially started off as a trumpeter, but at the age of 9
began cello lessons. After a very musical start to life, Elinor
went on to study Music at Birmingham University and graduated
BMus (hons). During this time, Elinor was a dedicated member
of various University orchestras and string ensembles, performing
in venues such as Symphony Hall,the Adrian Boult Hall and
the Barber Institute. After graduating, she then worked in
London for two years at Rhinegold Music Publishing, before
completing her PGCE in Secondary Music at Birmingham City
University. Since September 2009, Elinor has been teaching
Music at The Knights Templar School in Baldock and is thoroughly
enjoying it!
